1.  Treat each other and employees with respect.  If we don't treat each other and our employees with respect then how can we expect any of us to give respect to our clients. This naturally leads to . . .
2.  Treat clients with respect.  Clients are not commodities and closings aren't widgets to be bought and sold.  Our clients and your clients are not $ signs that walk into our office. They are people with fears, desires, dreams and hopes.  Our clients may represent first time home buyers, hometown lenders or big corporate banks.  If your client is important to you, they are equally important to us.
3.  Stand by your work.  We hold ourselves to this standard and we hold each other to this standard.  Our goal is to give you the best service every time.  If for some reason, we fail, we will do everything in our power to make it right.
4.   Be Active in the Community.  Community is what connects us to each other.  We don't place our offices where we think we can make the most money.  We place our offices in places that mean something to us and to our families.  Because of that, we immerse ourselves in the communities where we are located.

Trussville Office

We are excited to announce that we recently opened a new office in the Trussville area! The new space is conveniently located on Vann Road right off US highway 11 near Interstate 59. The Trussville office will allow us to better serve our clients in this beautiful and growing part of the metro area. We look forward to seeing you ring the closing bell in Trussville.
